Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling
About Me
I am a qualified humanistic integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I follow the BACP’s Ethical Framework for Counselling Professionals, am fully insured and have regular supervision.

I have a gentle and warm manner, am calm and approachable, and able to listen with compassion.

Clarifying feelings and being more self-aware can help find a way forward in difficult times, whether this is by seeing your options more clearly or by making the necessary changes you want to make. Our emotions provide valuable information and guidance. They tell us what we want out of life, what we don't want, how we feel about people in our lives, and what we need to work on.

Humanistic counselling encourages self-awareness, self-development, and seeks to help you recognise your strengths, creativity and choices in life. This approach recognises that you are the expert and are in control of making your own meanings and beliefs about yourself and others. A space is created for you to talk about whatever is on your mind, and to consider and act on your feelings.
