I am a qualified, experienced Gestalt Therapist registered with the UKCP. My specialisms and areas of interest include anxiety as an embodied experience, relationship patterns and dynamics and identity and difference. As an embodied relational practitioner I work with the interplay of mind and body. I am currently a Visiting Tutor at the Gestalt Centre London (GCL) and offer workshops on my areas of interest at GCL and in other organisations. I also facilitate Gestalt groups, a dynamic arena for growth and change.
I take a contemporary approach to talking therapy, integrating contemporary Gestalt therapy with current thinking on neuroscience and the brain-mind-body relationship. The here and now relationship with your therapist can highlight patterns of relating that may not serve anymore. I have written and performed for theatre which brings a creative, intuitive approach to my work that regards silence, introspection or stuckness as a way of communicating what can’t be immediately spoken.
I run a private practice and have worked for the London Practice in London previously. I have over nine years of clinical experience and over 15 years working in the voluntary sector, including at Kensington and Chelsea Mind.
