About Me

I work with adults, aged 18 years and over, who have challenges with anxiety and self-esteem. My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and start guiding you to where things feel manageable again. I’m a Registered Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Professional Member of the Association for Counselling & Therapy Online (ACTO). Sessions Thursdays 9am - 4pm. Sessions are £50 for 50 minutes. Free 30-minute phone consultation and assessment, please send me a message to book in.

I trained at Wealden College of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am qualified to work online providing counselling by phone and by webcam, and am a professional member of ACTO (Level 2 Therapist). ​I have recently attended training in Positive Psychology, Body Image, CBT for Anxiety, Mindfulness and Stress Reduction. My background is working within the NHS, and since 2018 I have worked as a counsellor with several charities and organisations: As You Are in Southwick - offering support for stress and anxiety (2018 - 2019) Martlets in Hove - bereavement counselling (2019) BIMM Brighton (British and Irish Modern Music Institute) - providing counselling for students (2018 - 2019) Psychology Sussex - counselling for a range of issues (2020) Drop-in group facilitator with Survivors Network (rape crisis centre) (2017-2018)
