I believe in helping people become free - free of anxiety; to be authentic; to not worry of what others think of you. In summary, I help people become calm, confident and strong. I understand what it’s like to find life difficult, to deal with challenges and to feel lost; that’s why I over the last 15 years I have immersed myself in psychology, human behaviour and movement practices. I have been on a journey of deep change and growth and I know at the core of most life choices is the desire for freedom and peace. I work with people who think deeply and feel deeply and looking to change, evolve and grow. I warm and friendly and aim to bring positive energy to the people I work with. When I’m not coaching or teaching, I’ll be reading and learning. You will also find me being active - out my with my dogs, running, weight training, doing yoga or enjoying being outdoors. On my 'Mindset, Mood & Movement' podcast, I endeavour to share knowledge and tools to help deal with the many challenges people face in human performance and life. I cover topics from Anxiety and existential dilemmas to health, fitness and wellbeing. Go to sal.fm or search 'Mindset, Mood & Movement' in Apple or Spotify.
If you’re feeling stressed, uncertain about your future and in need of support, there is help. If you’re asking deep questions about the way you are living and working then you may be ready to change. Most of our problems come from disconnection - between mind & body; thoughts & feelings; others & ourselves. I integrate psychology, human behaviour, body intelligence and breath work to create the conditions for reconnection where it's needed most. Here are the 5 stages of my coaching process that is designed to help you change and feel calm, confident and strong. 5 STEPS TO CHANGE - THE COACHING JOURNEY 🌟 What is the problem? (what are we working on?) 🌟 What is it you truly desire? (where are you heading?) 🌟 How are holding yourself back? (what’s blocking you?) 🌟 What is your superpower (how are you great?) 🌟 Who are you? (your identity and how you see yourself)
Over the last 15 years I’ve sought answers from many sources including the study of philosophy, the practice of yoga and then becoming a yoga teacher. I have studied the field of psychology and qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Contemporary Psychotherapy. I am also a breath-work teacher and I use a multi-disciplinary approach to personal development. I’ve experienced numerous types of therapy, been coached and I have read more books and articles than I can remember. For me, self-work is the finest work and it has given me so much understanding, insight and tools to share with those I work with. I believe in empowering the people I work with to become calm, confident and strong.
