I work with adults and young people (13-18) who need to talk through some issues. These can be specific problems such as bereavement, redundancy and relationships or they can be more general problems such as loneliness, depression and anxiety. I will listen and I can help you find relief and strength.

My training is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and I work in a broadly holistic way that encourages you to think about your past and the unconscious processes and core attachments that shape who you are and how you feel today. By tuning in to your feelings and concerns I provide a safe space for you to explore traumas and painful experiences from the past.

I worked for many years in business and educational travel. From this broad base, I decided to follow a calling and retrain in therapy. In addition to my private practice, I work for an established clinic in Brighton which has given me the privilege of helping people from all walks of life with a wide range of presenting issues. I also work with young people (13-18) and have a part time position in a Brighton secondary school.
