My therapeutic approach is person centred - establishing a rapport between you and myself. It is very much in the relationship that change happens and I believe this is based on trust, honesty and creating a safe space where you dont feel judged but at times you may feel challenged - it can take time and I will go at your pace. I am happy to work short term or long term the choice is always yours.

I have been a counsellor for 15 years working in addiction and private mental health clinics in both Sussex and Kent. This has allowed me to work with people from all walks of life and be part of their journey. I have run community groups for people recovering from substance abuse and those looking for help and support with mental health issues. I have worked in private practice both in Brighton and Hove and in East Sussex.
