Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming. With so many different approaches and personalities, finding the right fit is often one of the most important parts of the process. I am a pluralistic psychotherapist working with adults aged 18 and over in Brighton & Hove and online. My approach is relational, collaborative and tailored to the individual. Rather than applying the same model to everyone, I believe therapy works best when we work together to find what is most helpful for you. People come to therapy for many reasons. You may be feeling anxious, low, stuck, overwhelmed or struggling with a relationship. You may be navigating loss, life changes, addiction, self-esteem difficulties or simply feeling that something is not quite right. I aim to provide a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life. Sometimes therapy involves reflection and understanding. Sometimes it involves challenge, new perspectives and finding different ways forward. Whatever brings you to therapy, our relationship will be central to the work. I believe meaningful change often begins when we feel heard, understood and able to explore ourselves honestly.

I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can talk freely and feel heard without judgement. As a pluralistic psychotherapist, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I work collaboratively with each client, adapting therapy to what feels most helpful for them. Some sessions may be more reflective, while others may involve challenge, new perspectives or practical exploration. Together, we can make sense of what is happening in your life and explore what might help you move forward. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I believe meaningful change often begins when we feel understood, accepted and able to explore ourselves honestly in a safe and respectful environment. The goal of my approach is to guide and empower you to find your own answers and move forward in life. You decide how we work together and we take it at your pace.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a clinical supervisor and have experience supporting both qualified practitioners and trainees. My professional training includes CPCAB Levels 4 and 5, together with a First-Class Honours degree in Reflective Therapeutic Practice. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, OCD-related difficulties and life transitions. I continue to engage in ongoing professional development and have a particular interest in relational practice, supervision and reflective learning.
