About Me

I am a Mid Sussex, Brighton and Hove based Integrative counsellor and work from comfortable, welcoming rooms. I am, furthermore, qualified and experienced to meet you online and by phone. You might be struggling to make sense of your relationships at work or in your private life, feel worried, lost, unsettled or have suffered loss. I can offer you a confidential, calm, friendly and understanding space to talk about this and my aim is to help you understand your experiences better and find a way forward. Counselling can be a daunting and confusing prospect sometimes, especially if you are new to it. I will, therefore, offer you a trustworthy counselling relationship and provide you with an environment and approach which suits your needs. I will explain and review the process as we go along. This includes conversations about the amount of counselling sessions you want to have and the expectations you might hold about what counselling could mean for you. Starting counselling can be a process in itself and you might have considered it for a while. Choosing a counsellor has to feel right so I offer a free initial meeting of 20 minutes so we can get to know each other a little bit. You can contact me and leave a message by email or phone or use the functionality of this website and I will get back to you.
