I am a qualified and experienced Humanistic Integrative Counsellor who works with mental health challenges, emotional difficulties and interpersonal relationship issues. I have the expertise and specific training in working with anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with trauma, relationships, and sexuality issues, with a particular interest in affirmative work with LGBTQ+ clients. I simultaneously work in the charity sector and private practice, offering sessions in London and Brighton & Hove. This has allowed me to work with diverse clients from different cultural and social backgrounds.

Being trained in an Integrative modality allows me to work with different approaches depending on the client's needs, using directive and non-directive interventions. I am particularly interested in the mind-body connection and understanding how trauma can affect self-esteem and the ability to manage relationships and intimacy. The therapeutic work will focus on building awareness while exploring your thoughts and experiences, looking at the here and now and the childhood, to better understand who you are and promote change by working on acceptance. Each therapeutic process is unique. I will offer you the space to feel safe and confident to share, and if you allow me, I will accompany you to find new ways of looking at your life experiences with curiosity and openness. I invite you to contact me if you have any questions. We can arrange a brief, informal discussion about your situation and explore the possibility of starting therapeutic work.

I work with adults with a particular interest in the LGBTQ+ community regarding issues such as gender, sexuality, diversity, and relationships (GSDR). I am experienced in supporting clients affected by depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues in various settings across London, as well as in my private practice: - IAPT Short-term counselling for depression and anxiety. Directive and Person Centred work. - Talking Therapies: Time-limited and Open-ended. - Affirmative counselling for LGBTQ+ clients. Time-limited and Open-ended. I am a registered member of BACP and abide by its Code of Ethics and Code of Practice.
