Therapeutic Approach

I offer person-centred counselling and aim to empower you to come to your own conclusions that you can go away and incorporate into your everyday life. Having worked in health and social care I would love to offer counselling to you if you are in this industry

Background

I am bereavement volunteer with Cruse, so have over a year’s experience of working with people going through bereavement and have completed the Cruse training course that has given me some tools to work with grief. I have also worked in a school setting with children and young people and am a great believer that counselling really helps them to become happier adults. I have worked with adults with learning disabilities and autism so would love to use this experience to provide counselling for anyone who is need of it.
