I offer combined Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy to enable long lasting positive change. I provide a safe, confidential, empathic space where you will always be treated with compassion and respect. I take a holistic approach working with mind, body and soul and am also trained in various energy healing modalities including Reiki and Crystal Healing. I know starting therapy can be daunting and I am happy to answer any questions you may have and offer a free 20 minute phone consultation. I work both short and long term.

Therapeutic Approach

Combining hypnotherapy with psychotherapy is a highly effective approach, allowing you to discover the roots of issues and bring resolution. It can help with a wide range of things, particularly those that may not be able to be addressed with either approach alone, including healing from abuse and trauma. Hypnosis is a form of deep relaxation in which your conscious mind is quiet, allowing you to explore your subconscious thoughts, feelings, memories and emotions without over thinking. You are in control the whole time and I am there to guide and support you. The psychotherapeutic approach means that we will aim to find the root cause of issues, explore subconscious influences, consider the ways in which the past and present overlap and finally break cycles. During a therapy session we would first speak about what you want to work on, followed by a hypnosis in which we may do any of: investigate, get answers, bring resolution, or find relaxation, healing and letting go. Each session is tailored to you and your needs. Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues including: healing from abuse or trauma, additction, low confidence, anxiety, depression, anger issues, insomnia, physical health problems, phobias, sexual problems, relationship or family problems and more. Even if you aren’t able to pinpoint a specific issue Hypnotherapy provides a safe route to explore this together.

Background

After completing a Batchelors degree in Psychology I initially embarked on a career in marketing. During this time I began working more and more on my own healing journey exploring many modalities, I gained qualifications in those I found most beneficial and it is now my passion to share my knowledge and experience to help others. I hold a Batchelor of Science Honours Degree in Psychology, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the GHSC (The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council) and adhere to their strict code of conduct including regular supervision. I hold full professional insurance and regularly undertake further studies to enhance my knowledge. I truly believe in a holistic approach to getting and staying well and hold qualifications in Reiki, Crystal, Angelic and Shamanic Healing which can be included in therapy as much or as little as the client would like.
