Have you received unwanted advice, opinions or judgement from friends, family and colleagues when you've tried to open up? And then felt shut down again? Counselling with me gives you that warm, supportive and affirmative space to share about the issues that matter to you, at your own pace and in your own way. Together we can look at anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, bereavement/loss, gender, sex, sexuality and relationships and any other issues that are affecting you right now. Would you like to have counselling online, conveniently and confidentially on your phone or laptop? I now offer online therapy sessions from 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on your finances and availability, on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. I am a registered member of the BACP which means I am committed to working to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. I have a BA (Hons) in Person Centred Counselling, an excellent professional qualification that guarantees that I have been trained to the highest standards set by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have worked with young people and adults providing a specialist counselling service covering trauma, addiction, gender, sexuality, ADHD & ASC, anxiety, depression, health problems, sexual issues and relationships. I have experience of offering LGBTQ+ people an affirmative relationship.
