I work with adults and children of all ages, helping them deal with almost all the issues that we humans face in our lifetimes. I value the power of a warm and accepting therapeutic relationship, sprinkled with a little humour. Although I use a variety of approaches, I am most interested in clearing the impact of traumatic experiences, attachment issues, and dysfunctional patterns, using a cutting edge psycho-physical or energy psychology called AIT, or Advanced Integrated Therapy. I find that this therapy creates significant positive change gently and efficiently.
