Therapists

I have been working as a Therapist for nearly 15 years and feel very privileged to be able to do the work that I do. I have worked with a wide range of issues and ages throughout the years in many different contexts. I work as a Person-centred Counsellor and Supervisor which in its simplest form, means that I trust that you already have the resources and answers you are looking for (although it may not feel like it) but just need a space that offers acceptance, understanding and genuineness to help explore and discover these elements within yourself. As well as this it can just be helpful to talk to someone that is not involved in your situation in an open way somewhere that is confidential and non-judgemental. Over the years, I have seen many of the amazing ways that people can change and heal and have a firm belief in peoples abilities and capacity for growth, change and acceptance.
