Acupuncture, a powerful therapy, can deeply impact the entire body, leading to significant benefits, especially in terms of mental health. By alleviating pain, we can achieve an overall sense of well-being. For your initial visit, I will devote 90 minutes to conducting a comprehensive assessment. Through a series of detailed questions, I will gather essential information to create a customised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. The first treatment will also take place within this 90-minute session. Follow-up treatments will typically last 60 minutes. My expertise spans a diverse range of conditions, including but not limited to: Nausea caused by surgical anaesthesia and cancer chemotherapy | Dental pain after surgery | Addiction | Headaches | Menstrual cramps | Tennis elbow | Fibromyalgia | Myofascial pain | Osteoarthritis | Low back pain | Carpal tunnel syndrome | Asthma | Improved Sleep | Stress Management | Mood Regulation | Digestion Aid | Pain Reduction | Lower Anxiety | Improved Energy | Skin Health | Bowel Regulation | Muscular Tension | Self Confidence | Wellness | Mindfulness

At the age of two, I had my very first encounter with acupuncture, sparking a lasting fascination with this ancient healing practice. My older brother and I embarked on an extraordinary 53-day rowing expedition, adhering to a gruelling schedule of two hours on and two hours off, around the clock. Our mission was to raise funds for Skin Cancer Research, and we succeeded in raising an impressive sum of over £112,000. Amidst the numerous challenges we faced during the rowing journey, my determination solidified. It was during those demanding days that I made a firm personal decision to pursue a career as an acupuncturist. The profound impact of that experience on my sense of purpose and calling was undeniable. Having personally witnessed how physical injuries can significantly affect one's mental well-being, I deeply empathise with individuals seeking relief. This empathy fuels my passion to assist my patients by harnessing the healing power of acupuncture.
